Rules & Regulations

  1. There is no entry fee for this competition.
  2. The last date for completing the participation by uploading pictures and filling up this form is 8 Oct 2023.
  3. Srijan Sharad Purashkar 2023 judges will visit the puja pandal once or more during the Puja days.
  4. All decisions of the jury will remain final, and no further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
  5. The Jury members may see all necessary permissions if required.
  6. Srijan Sharad Purashkar 2023 banners must be displayed in the puja premises till 24 Oct, 23
  7. Srijanis in no manner whatsoever responsible and shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any damage, loss (direct or indirect), injury, emotional, or mental trauma caused to the Participant(s) and any of its Officers in any manner whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever in connection to any aspect related to Contest.
  8. Srijan, reserves the sole right to bar participation of any Puja Committee in this competition at any stage.
  9. In case of any legal issue subject to Kolkata’s jurisdiction Under the Kolkata High court
  10. Winners need to share Pan details to claim the prize money
  11. TDS will be imposed as per the standard norms.

Registered Participants must send their videos / pictures to our WhatsApp number (+91 7980298740). Do mention your Abashon’s name after sharing. It’s a mandatory for selection process for top 100 Abashon’s.
